Definition Of Participants

	*Members - All participating in flight simulation related endeavors or supporting services.
	*Special Group Members - Government, University/Academic and non-profit organizations.
	*Media Members - Training and Simulation Publications and Internet Portals.
	Non-members - (individuals, government agencies and companies) seeking operational and referral support or all using the FlightSimulation.org Website.

* Membership dues paid current.

Limitations, Disclaimer and Notice

FlightSimulation.org provides an Internet based open-forum for participants to conduct business, share and publicize information. We rely upon participants for content and do not attest to the accuracy or validity of content appearing on the site. Please report inconsistencies, inaccuracies and complaints to support@flightsimulation.org. Content, referrals and teaming inquiries communicated by FlightSimulation.org are not to be relied upon in lieu of conducting adequate due diligence. Participants agree to indemnify and hold FlightSimulation.org harmless for the conduct and content of FlightSimulation.org participants. We reserve the right to modify member and participant by-laws, group membership dues, member benefits and other content as necessary and to refuse or terminate membership and restrict participant access at any time as approved by the Board Of Directors. FlightSimulation.org will notify all participants of changes by posting them to the appropriate areas of the FlightSimulation.org Website. FlightSimulation.org will send notice via email to members.

Participant Access to FlightSimulation.org Benefits

1. All participants may submit information to be considered for posting to the following sections:

	Classifieds - Employment Sought, Resumes, Wanted, For Sale, etc.
	Forum - Questions, Answers and Comments
	Research - Appropriate information and Website addresses.
	Calendar Of Events - Trade Show, Conference, etc.

2. All participants are invited to contact FlightSimulation.org for Referrals - solicitation for products and services. Referrals are routed to all relevant members.

Member* Access to FlightSimulation.org Benefits

1. Members may submit information to be considered for posting to the following sections:

	Classified - Employment openings and recruitment for Equal Opportunity Employers.
	Articles - technical, how-to and tips relevant to participants.
	Press Releases - Company, financial, product, service, research and personnel related.

2. Site Statistics - Members are provided password access to Website traffic statistics.

3. Referrals/solicitation for products and services submitted to www.flightsimulation.org, instead of an individual member, are routed to all relevant members.

Membership and Dues

	Membership dues are based on the number of employees of a member.
	Membership is open to all participants engaged in flight simulation, training and related support service without regard to religion, race, sex, or national origin.
	All memberships are for one-year periods and may be paid annually or in monthly installments.
	Dues remain constant during the membership period and are not adjusted up when the # of employees/group of membership increases.
	Dues are paid in advance and benefits begin immediately upon receipt of dues.
	Membership periods begin the 1st day of the month following receipt of dues.

Participant and Membership Termination

Conduct (in the sole discretion of FlightSimulation.org) that may result in termination or suspension of membership or participant access to FlightSimulation.org.

	Intentional submission of inaccurate information.
	Posting abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or profane language.
	Unpaid dues.
	Other conduct deemed detrimental to participants or the organization.

When appropriate, FlightSimulation.org will attempt to notify the participant of a problem.
